This directory is not exhaustive, and inclusion does not imply that a clinic is appropriate for every patient. We list examples that have enough current public information to evaluate and link readers to the clinic's own site for verification.

Identify the clinician who will actually evaluate you, not only the medical director shown in marketing. Confirm an active professional license in the state where you receive care, and verify any board certification, specialty credential or advanced training the clinician publicly claims. Also ask who remains responsible for follow-up after intake.
Ask whether the clinic provides primary care, a concierge membership, a one-time assessment, telehealth treatment, elective wellness services, or some combination. Similar branding can hide very different levels of medical continuity.
A long biomarker list is not automatically useful. For each major test, ask what clinical question it answers, who interprets it, and what the clinic would do differently if the result were normal or abnormal.
Separate intake fees, membership, labs, imaging, medication, supplements, procedures and follow-up. A low entry price can be misleading when most of the care sits outside that number.
First decide whether you want ongoing physician-led preventive care, a focused hormone or metabolic program, a diagnostics-heavy assessment, or elective wellness services. Then compare clinician credentials, state licensure, pricing structure, test selection, follow-up and coordination with your existing care. A local address is useful, but it is not a quality signal by itself.
For telehealth or hybrid programs, confirm that the treating clinician—not merely the company—is licensed to treat patients in your state. For cash-pay clinics, request a written estimate that separates consultation, membership, labs, imaging, medication and procedures.
Paid visibility is available only as a clearly labeled sponsorship and does not purchase an editorial ranking. We plan to begin selling Featured Clinic placements after a local page demonstrates qualified organic traffic and measurable outbound actions.
